An Introductory Program For Earning
The New Professional Title Of

is now available to members of

The following list of requirements is necessary for you to
be approved as a candidate for the WLS professional title. All requirements must be
completed within twenty-four (24) months of the date of your application by the
designations committee of the Wyoming Chapter of REALTORS LAND INSTITUTE:

At least three years of full-time real estate activity or two years as a Land Specialist
or close $1,000,000 in Land transactions during the Window of Opportunity.

Hold the GRI or ALC designation and/or have had two
(2) Land University Courses in the last five years.

Be a member in good standing for at least one year of RLI and your
local Board of Association of Realtors; where no affiliation is offered, you must be
member in good standing for at least one year of RLI and the Wyoming
Association of Realtors (WAR).

Attend a minimum of two (2) Wyoming Chapter RLI seminars/marketing
session per year while a candidate (courses taken in last eight years).

Attend a minimum of one (1) Wyoming Chapter RLI seminar/marketing
session per year while holding the professional title.

Successfully complete an oral/written exam by the Wyoming Chapter RLI Designations
Committee on your background and qualifications.

Submit a $50 fee with your application.
After earning the WLS title, you can move on to the
broader ALC (ACCREDITED LAND CONSULTANT) designation, offered by the
REALTORS LAND INSTITUTE. ALC members function in all land-oriented areas
with clients and customers on farms and rural land, subdivision development, foreign
investment, urban land valuation and management, property syndication, and exchanging. ALC's
have their own directory and referral network.
